Commercial aspects of the organization, with particular relevance to analyzing and reporting on pricing, claims costs and overall loss ratioAccountabilities and Activities•Management of overall performance ratios through continuous monitoring of aspects affecting medical costs, unit cost, utilization and building tools to track the loss ratio and claims •Development and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) with clear flagging of emerging problems in a timely fashion. •Develop and test theories, analyze and interpret data in order to identify interdependent relationships among the drivers of business•Evaluate sources of information in order to determine any limitations in terms of reliability or usability and recommend ways to enhance the data capturing.•Data warehouse gatekeeper

Act as the gatekeeper for the company's crucial
Commercial information in claims and premium.•Forecasting: o Review and challenge budgets and ensure latest projections accurately take into consideration all new trends. o Improve and support better management reporting, and decision making.o Prepare the monthly
Commercial pack, Board report preparation and a feed into Business Reviews, annual and quarterly forecastso Account for the reserves in the financial statements •Customer information

Ensure that an accurate assessment of revenue and medical cost analysis is completed for all segments of the business.o Development of strategies and initiatives to enhance the competitiveness of Bupa’s offerings to different segments through profiling and segmentation. o Responsible for the
Commercial Finance aspect of the development of new products and processes.o Develop sales management tools to provide insight into contracts’ performance•Medical providers information

Manage the financial reconciliation process for providerso Analyze data, interpret results and indicate the reliability of findings of key forecasting trends for providerso Monitor KPIs for the providerso Monitor, report and model disease outbreaks; evaluating the impact of government policy on the healthcare industry; predicting demand for new products and servicesQualifications, Training and Experience•Must be qualified in
Finance or a related discipline with strongly developed analytical and leadership skills.•Strong quantitative analysis skills and statistical models•Must be able to meet strict reporting deadlines whilst ensuring that Senior Management is kept informed of key issues and underlying trends.•Must be fluent in spoken and written English and preferably in Arabic.•Must have strong computer skills in PC spreadsheets (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, etc...) and, ideally have knowledge of financial modeling and business planning techniques.•Must be a highly effective communicator with strong presentation skills.•Ideally should have previous experience in the Middle East region.•Must be task oriented, quality focused and customer driven.
